You can include any special instructions in the “Notes” section during checkout, and they will be communicated to the Lalamove driver.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery in real-time.

Where can I pickup my order?

You may pick up orders at our Makati hub. We will notify you via SMS once your orders are ready for pick up.
